I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#141549), supervised by Jennifer Powe Runde, REAT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #46457 and Chheng Ear, MSW, LCSW #28984. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, emphasizing Expressive Arts. This field allows me to combine my deep love of creativity with my passion for supporting others. Growing up in an art-focused family, I've always believed that art is about expression—there's no right or wrong way to create. Art, in all its forms, offers a powerful way for people to connect with themselves and others, and I bring this philosophy into every therapy session.

Originally from Taiwan, I grew up in England and now live in Walnut Creek. I work with individuals of all ages to support emotional healing and growth through creative expression. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, I'm particularly passionate about working with children, as expressive art and play are their natural languages. Through art, children can express themselves in ways words often cannot, allowing them to process emotions, build resilience, and foster self-confidence.

In addition to my professional work, I'm a proud mom and an animal lover who enjoys spending time outdoors—especially on nature hikes with my dog. In my own time, you'll find me playing the cello, crocheting, journaling, or cooking new recipes in the kitchen. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where my clients can explore their emotions, embrace creativity, and find healing through the expressive arts.
