Social-Emotional Learning Groups


Artsy Confidence

Is your child struggling to connect with peers, seems worried or anxious daily, or is a little down on themself? Artsy Confidence is here for you! This group is geared towards kids who feel the BIG feelings and are needing strategies to gently connect with the world around them. We use art to reflect on what makes us special. We also work on learning valuable skills to increase self-esteem and build connections with others.

  • 30 minute intake & parent check-in meeting: $100 

    $100 per week with a full semester commitment (groups run for 12 weeks)

    All groups require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.

    Sessions are billed weekly. All sessions are $100. The $200 deposit is applied to cover your intake and first week of group.

    Cancellation Policy: $200 non-refundable fee, families can miss one session but are otherwise required to cover the full cost of the group. 

    We provide complimentary superbill submission for families with qualifying PPOs.

Feelings & Friendships

Has your kiddo been sent home from school for baffling behaviors, struggled to “stay in their bubble” or seemed lonely? Feelings & Friendships Groups are here for your kiddo!  F&F is geared towards helping kids learn to have prosocial interactions, healthy communication, and big feeling coping skills. The group is play-based and derives from the Theraplay model. Cohorts are matched based on age and current presenting challenge. Each group is made up of 4 children to foster real time practice and close relationships.

  • 30 minute intake & parent check-in: $125 

    $125 per week with a full semester commitment (runs for 8 weeks)

Parenting Groups


This group is ideal for parents navigating parenting with our future lawyers, negotiators, and deep feelers. If your child busts in on you in the bathroom, refuses to take "no" for an answer, or just seems to "run the show", then this group is for you! Gather with other parents who get it! Facilitated by parent and therapist of 10 years, Megan provides a safe space to process the difficulties of raising strong-willed children while providing practical tips to raise your little change-makers!

Parenting Your Big Feelings Child

Facing Fatherhood

This group is for the fathers who want to feel more connected, empowered, and proud in their parenting—especially when it’s hard. If you find yourself deferring to your partner, feeling unsure how to plug into your child’s care, or struggling to stay grounded when big feelings fly… you’re not alone. This space is here to support you in showing up fully in your fatherhood—present, confident, and connected. Facilitated by Little Dove therapist and fellow dad Noah Phillips, ACSW.

Executive Functioning

The primary goal is to facilitate the processing of the transition from middle school to high school within an interactive and supportive environment where freshmen can actively engage in learning valuable skills and practical tools to navigate this new phase successfully. Additionally, the aim is to enhance students’ self-efficacy and confidence in managing academic and social challenges specific to the high school setting. This targeted support focuses on easing the adjustment from middle school to high school, helping students build resilience and effective coping strategies during this important developmental period.

  • $125 a week for 8 weeks

College Support Group

The primary goal is for participants to feel genuinely safe and supported when sharing their struggles, successes, and strategies, free from any fear or concern of being unfairly labeled as “lazy” or “disorganized.” Additionally, the program aims to enhance and increase participants’ self-efficacy and confidence specifically within the college environment. This initiative targets students who have just started their college journey and are navigating this new chapter, focusing on helping them process and understand their feelings about beginning college while providing support to ease their transition into this significant life change.

  • $95 a week for 8 weeks

  • This group will start in August and will meet on-line or in-person depending on the need

  • This group runs for 8 weeks. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Week One: Goal Setting & Imposer Syndrome 

    Week Two: Learning how to read a Syllabus & using school resources

    Week Three: Time blocking, realistic planning, mapping out important dates

    Week Four: How to talk to professors 

    Week Five: Balancing school, social life, and work

    Week Six: Dealing with homesickness and creating community on campus

    Week Seven: Recognize depression, burnout and unhealthy habits 

    Week Eight: Celebration, self care plan, and recap

Student Athlete
Support Group

The first goal is to focus on effectively managing stress, addressing performance anxiety, exploring personal identity, and enhancing self-esteem, with a specific emphasis on the unique experiences of high school student athletes. The second goal aims to identify, recognize, and further develop the diverse strengths of these student athletes that extend beyond their sports involvement, allowing these strengths to be meaningfully applied in various other areas of their lives.

  • $95 a week for 8 weeks

Cancellation policy:
If a child cannot attend and we are notified at least 14 days prior to the start date of the program we will issue a refund, excluding a $200/$250 non-refundable deposit for administrative fees. At the time of registration full payment is required to reserve a space. If less than 14 days notification is given, no refund will be provided.
